Lochbuild is a young and vibrant construction company focusing on quality and innovation. Founded by David Lakes in Sydney in 2008, Lochbuild has grown to a team of thirteen staff including two apprentices. We work alongside numerous contractors, ensuring all work is conducted by the most qualified and experienced people at all times. This also allows us to take on larger projects, while marinating our boutique business structure and personalised service as our Director, David, remains closely involved in all our projects. Lochbuild takes a friendly approach to construction contracting and we continually strive to develop long lasting relationships with our clients. We believe building and managing relationships is integral to our business in order to understand the needs of our clients and to make their structural visions a reality. We have extensive experience dealing with architects and designers and enjoy working collaboratively on a project from inception through to completed construction, by this means maximising the impact we are able to have on overall outcomes and project costs.
