Help a wine-o out!

I'm trying to find a wine rack that will hold a minimum of 6 bottles that will works somewhere in my space! We are renting, so cannot attach any wall racks. I've attached the real estate pictures of lounge/kitchen/dining (we have kept a very similar layout) - where would I put something?!


I thought maybe a sloping small rack like this could work next to the TV cabinet:

Or possibly a one-bottle-wide x 5-bottle-high mini rack on the bench next to the fridge cavity.

Thoughts?

    How about a console wine rack in the dining area? A ready-made or to keep it low cost, install an under-cabinet rack on underside of a simple console table.
    Wine stored near the fridge may get too warm. Fridges give off a lot of heat on the sides.

      Reds should be stored at a constant temp so they don't fluctuate and go off. Nothing worse than cracking open an expensive bottle of red, only to find it tastes like vinegar. (13-15 deg c I think) , I'd invest in a small wine fridge rather than a dust collector or just..drink faster hehe

      Unfortunately a wine fridge isn't within our budget!

      Hi Gioenne,

      you can always do a small Aluminium Wine Peg system.

      They can be fit to almost any space and be horizontal against the wall or coming directly out from the wall.
