    I am becoming bored with styles that look OK in a photo or when no-one is home, but turn yukkie when a family lives in them. True style accommodates who we are and how we live. It is not 'for show' and looks as good when full of people and activity.

      What, no rustic? Some years back, there would have been no doubt, but I've come to like industrial and definitely Scandi (almost) as much. Rustic is still my pick though

      I identify my style as 'classic'. Not traditional, but not contemporary either. I like layering and mixing textures, eclectic is close but a bit more refined. And I hate clutter.

      I think I'm an Eclectic Contemporary, with a twist of Traditional Scandinavian Country!

      A mix of Victorian and Art Nouveu, is that eclectic? No?

      Anyhow, the more velvet, tassles and fringe in burgundy, ochre and green the better.

      The trouble is, a lot of photos in magazines are taken in rooms which are far larger than those in most normal homes!

      I like too many things so I suppose mine is eclectic. My absolute delight is the Art Deco Moderne style; beautiful veneers, chrome, mirrors, fabrics and shapes, unfortunately I'm far to untidy and clumsy to live with it.

      I love mix style. Hokusai Wall Paper and Eames Style Chair with ikat pattern cushion. A combination of various styles.
