Bucher Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
FAVORITE KITCHEN IMAGE 1: I love everything about this kitchen. I love the hood vent and how the tile goes all the way up on the wall. I love the combination of cabinet types and the "butler pantry" area on the far right. Everything is a win here for me. We would select different counter tops and we have talked about forgoing any extension of the island counter to allow for seating but everything else is a wn.
BUTLER PANTRY IDEA SHOWING BUILT-IN MICROWAVE-IMAGE 2 OF SAME KITCHEN
BUTLER PANTY IDEA SHOWING BUILT-IN MICROWAVE. I don't love the glass cabinets up top.
TO THE CEILING CABINETRY WITH CROWN MOLDING: I love how the cabinets go right to the ceiling and the width of the drawers. The Farmhouse sink looks like something we'd like for our kitchen.
I love how clean and simple (white!) yet warm this is.
I like the to ceiling cabinets and the butler's area tucked in the middle. The molding along the top looks great.
PANTRY IDEA: Maybe the spices could be housed in the large pantry using something like this on one of the inside doors?
PANTRY IDEA: I'm not sure if you gain more space with drawers vs. shelves?
DRAWER STORAGE IDEA
DRAWER STORAGE IDEA: I like this!
PANTRY DOOR OR WALL END CAP IDEA: Could we find some space to have this on the inside of one door or is there a side wall of the end cabinets (what we're calling the butler pantry area right now).
PANTRY DOOR OR WALL END CAP IDEA 2
ENCAP STORAGE: Neat way to use an end cap.
BATHROOM IDEA 2: I don't want the toilet visible when you walk up the stairs from the first floor and the door is open. could we have the sink/cabinet and toilet on the same side and conceal it this way? That would give us a whole wall for some nice built-in cabinets possibly?
BATHROOM IDEA 1: An idea would be to carry the wainscoting look through the lower half of the new bathroom like we have on this level.
BATHROOM IDEA 3: I'm not sure we need a window seat (to sit) in the bathroom underneath the window but I like the idea of building in nice cabinetry underneath the window so I can place a vase with flowers in the center. This will be a nice visual when you walk up from the first floor and in the window. If we build some nice wall cabinets on the right wall of the bathroom (using idea suggested in BATHROOM IDEA 2 IMAGE), we could forgo cabinets here possibly and just place a table in front of the window.
BATHROOM IDEA 4: Image just showing a bench beneath a window flanked by cabinetry.
