Master Bath
Love the clean lines . . . which means easier floor cleaning around those lines!
"This is a great feature if done properly. Some things to consider: Choose a frosted-glass panel for privacy and preferably one that opens for fresh air. Next, ensure that there are stone jambs along the entire installation so that this area is watertight. Also, ensure that the sill gets sloped down and away for proper drainage. Lastly, I always specify a tilt-and-turn window in a shower, because the screen is located on the outside of the window; the handles are plastic, so they won’t rust; and the window provides full privacy even when tilted open." Too much for me to remember
Nice light to put beside the medicine cabinet
Clearmirror that adheres to the back of a vanity mirror. Only $99!
Hubby wants a mirror in the shower he can shave with. Clearmirror is one that I have found that may work.
The Archer. (I wonder if it is Sterling - LOL) This is a nice blend between the Cimarron and the more angular Tresham. Might be a great compromise. The price is great as well.
Very nice rectangular sink. The other fixtures in the bathroom will help determine if this is too angular.
I like the look of the handles and the faucet, but I won't do the $800+ price tag. It isn't that unusual.
The Kohler Cimarron sink was the first sink I have ever looked at in person and thought 'wow'. Nice overmount sink
I want at least 2 of these in each corner of the shower.
Maybe this would be a fun touch of whimsy and surprise in the shower.
This calls out to my inner steampunker. They also make it in square.
I love the symmetry of the piece, the style, and the hardware of the vanity. The drawer at the bottom center would be great for rarely used hair tools. The biggest thing I am stuck on is I am still leaning toward dark wood.
Crossville porcelain tile. LOVE!
Imagine the black matte hex tile floor through the bathroom, the marble tile with black accent on the floor (like shown in this photo) and then the same accent on the wall. It would tie it all together . . . .
30X60. I am not sure if I will have the room to spare to build this. And - ick factor - Do I want to even do this without a sink directly in front of the toilet? There will be a sink in the main bath, but I like cleanliness.
OMG 90 sq ft!!! This makes me think what I want IS possible in a smaller bathroom. I do not even want a tub.
Shower, as noted by the designer, is approx 42 x 72. The shower uses a trench drain so there is no traditional drain in the center. The entire room dimension is 12x14 (also stated 10x15) including toilet room and washer/dryer room. Door and vanity are Benjamin Moore-Kendall Charcoal, HC-166.
I like the way the sink and marble sticks out a bit. Symmetry and drawer / door mixture is great., but the vanity legs are too stodgy for me.
I like the grey hex tiles. Maybe, just maybe, I will consider these if DH doesn't like the black hex
The clear shower walls add to the feeling of space in this bathroom
I thought I liked the idea of large sheets of marble-like porcelain, but I do not like them in this photo. I think I am leaning toward tiles rather than sheets in the shower.
Love the wall tile! Just put it on the floor, please.
LOVE the black tiles!!
I originally pinned this for the marble counter top with the half-wall of marble. Looking at it again it combines the closet with the bathroom. Unusual idea, but is it practical? And there is NO way I would seriously consider this unless the toilet were in a separated area.
I love the way the backsplash is shaped. Don't need the dual sinks, not sure about white.
I remember driving past and literally stopping in the road to stare at these slabs!!!!!
Beautiful quartzite
They give the dimensions of the shower at 60" deep x 66" wide
A possibility for the shower floor if the tiles are square.
Depending on the shape of the shower tile, this would be a possibility.
Not visible in the thumbnail, but I love the dark floor with the marble tile. Maybe not in the shower, but it can work. Perhaps the shower floor can blend black and marble.
I think husband would like the loo room. Continue the tiling from the bathroom and put one of our pieces of art there as well as the magazine rack that I have redone to match the fixtures
If I can not find a pocket door with the detail I want to coordinate with the other doors in the house, covering it with a mirror would be a good idea. Just another way to brighten the bathroom and provide a full length mirror.
I think a pocket door would be a wonderful addition to our addition. It eliminates the room needed for the swing of the door - and space is limited. This door and hardware would fit in with the aesthetics of the house.
Concept. Hate the tile, ditch the shampoo nook, add more shelves up the corner, no tile on ceiling.
White subway tile halfway up, dark color on the top.
Love the panel in the back, the opposing shower heads, the marble, the window . .. . so pretty much everything~
