Throwing out the idea of a trellis fence. Would provide additional privacy, to street, especially when sitting on back porch. Tempted to say I could grow things on it but I know what you have to say about vines.

I like the design of this fence. The grass is a nice element though I'm not sure it would fit in the space I have. Fence material is nice though I would probably use cedar to match my deck.
