Fine art studio space would have clear story windows, possibly skylight, possibly garage door with frosted glass windows. Need space, and natural lighting, and a sink area, I will probably create original mosaic back-splash behind sink. Half bath with a toilet would be a nice bonus. Concrete flooring, no frills industrial look and materials.
