Home must be efficient, practical, functional, and beautiful.
Small concealed storage options throughout the house would be best: talk to the persons who clean the house to ask them what would be convenient for them for example; vacuum, mop storage on each floor? etc Hidden bathroom cleaning by toilet, etc etc
has to have a lot of great functions like outlets in drawers to plug electronics
FIX STAIRS
Get rid of awkward hallway space in the basement (eew ew ew!)
I hate the basement it needs so much work and completely redone
Porch needs to be completely redone
Master bathroom needs to be pulled out onto porch area a little bit
Attic area is CREEPY needs to be fixed
Windows, doors repaint, columns...keep or get rid of?
Sound proof master bedroom!
Heated floors? I dont care either way to be honest.

Dimmers in all rooms.
Outlets changed to european outlets.
Hidden fire alarms and detectors, get rid of non working ones.
Temperature control devices on the walls are UGLY make them pretty.
Light switches/dimmers need to look pretty as well.

This will be a lot of work.
I need a genius interior designer and a genius renovator to make this happen!
