Ruff House: Kitchen

Want this space to be big and open to the hearth room and flow directly into the main living room with some sort of separation (stair case or cabinet with a wall cut out so you can see into room).
Appliances: large refrigerator (no freezer - put a freezer in pantry), ice maker, two dishwashers, sink (would love to have window over it), prep sink on island or somewhere - not picky about this), trash compactor, 36" rangetop, double ovens (checking into having the top one be the new French door style - saved a pic of this one); want the appliances that can blend into the cabinetry when possible - would prefer a wider fridge over deeper fridge.
Other appliances that can be put somewhere else: small fridge or fridge drawer for kid drinks - can go in island; wine fridge - can go in butler's pantry area
Can't decide if the booth should go in the middle of the kitchen or off to the side - I'm thinking off to the side might be more realistic for ease of using it and allowing adequate room for entertaining; want the booth to hold at least 6 people; if off to the side, would love if the kitchen had two islands like some of the pics
It might not be possible, but I would really love for the kitchen to have window(s) directly in the space.
