Love the brickwork, but instead of the entry flowing into a look through, have the bricks flow to a back splash behind stove. I want the kitchen to be open, not shut in.

My black hutch could go on the right (barely seen). Not sure how dining and great room would mix in. Like the black and white features. Not sure about the island, but open to it. Interesting with sink in end of island, not in critical middle/center space.

Really liking the brick (what about a stone facade?) also like the sink! Like the general look: bright, gray, cabinetry all the way to the ceiling, galley-style. Simple, simple, simple. I don't like the granite counter.
