This kitchen features Shenandoah "Mission Oak" cabinets in "Tawny" finish with 5" brushed nickel door handles. Shenandoah cabinets are exclusively sold through Lowe's and come standard with soft close doors and drawers. Cabinets feature a lazy susan and a pantry with pull out trays. Stainless appliances (Bosch dishwasher, Whirlpool gas range & Whirlpool OTR microwave). Kohler Malleco pulldown faucet. Undermount stainless steel sink. Xenon under cabinet lighting. Brand new recessed lighting. Paint is Valspar Signature paint and primer in one in the color "Fisherman's Wharf" custom mixed to only 60% pigment. Product & labor for this kitchen cost approximately $28,000.
