Beautiful Master Bath
Installed a new free standing tub.
Reworked the bathroom within the existing layout with minimal plumbing changes to honor the budget.
Re used the vanity cabinets, add a thickened 3” countertop to raise the height, and adding a furniture toe kick and paint and hardware for an updated look.
Build frames for mirrors to match the cabinet door frames and painted to match.
Added sconces at both vanity areas for improved visibility.
Shower update included backing in walls to support the 2 new grab bars. A recessed cubby provided much needed storage for shampoo and conditioner at a height easy to reach. Both fixed and hand held shower heads for added convenience.
Added a bench with grab bar for safety.
The aesthetic was achieved with the selection of carrera marble for the shower walls and floor, complimented by a “built in” rug in front of the tub using basket weave, and repeating the basket weave tile on the floor of the shower. Light quartz countertops that compliment the marble were selected. The cabinets were painted charcoal for contrast and to update them. New Brushed nickel hardware and plumbing fittings replaced the antiquated brass.
