Bespoke Library In Leigh-On-Sea
The bespoke library was commissioned to fulfil a very specific brief. Our clients required a floor to ceiling bookcase that would fit up into the exposed rafters and between the old wooden beams. It had to store their books without having height adjustable shelving and have feature lighting, a ladder that enabled you to reach the highest book and for the ladder not to get in the way when not in use. The design needed to blend in with the rest of the room and to be sprayed in the same colours as the extension, visible beyond the home library.
