Broadwick Street, Soho
48 and 50 Broadwick Street are early 18th century townhouses which form part of a listed terrace in the Soho conservation area. During the 19th century both buildings were converted into offices. IMA (Ian McArdle Architects) were asked to provide a full design service to restore both buildings back to their residential status. All joinery and panelling was supplied by Ecoism Manufacturing Ltd. The project was shortlisted in 2017 for an AJ (Architect's Journal) Retrofit Award in the Best Listed Home (£5m) category.
