CGI render for property renovation
CGI based on architects plans. This was a renovation project, the developers idea was to turn an older property into a modern family home with an extension. All CGI furniture was chosen with idea that it could be sourced and provided to the buyer should they want to adopt the interior styling. The CGIs are intended to help market the property and draw interest while the build is still being complete. Other advantages include being able to make changes prior to the completion of the build, spotting what areas could be improved on prior to making any big decisions, being an impactful and informative resource when applying for financial packs and planning permission.
