Grantchester
A large airy hall forms the hub of a charming 1910 town house. The hall and other rooms were previously painted in a diverse range of strong colours. A blend of neutral shades in each room has created visual harmony throughout the house. At once the stunning period features of the home were allowed to glow. New additions added freshness and vitality – the Paul Smith rug incorporating a passion flower design in the hallway; the elegant silk curtains with pleated and beaded pelmet and bespoke mirror in the formal dining room. Attention to detail and the contemporary fusion give this house relevance with dignity.
