Great Ayton
In the tiny front garden, a Cornus 'Eddie's White Wonder' (on the left), a Salix caprea 'Kilmarnock' and Cornus 'Midwinter Fire' (along the wall) will provide privacy from the road in a few years' time. However, the main feature is the full and colourful perennial planting. Only one year after planting the bed is already bursting with flowers, shapes and scents as well as being a haven for bees and other insects.
