Historic 1920's Bungalow
The goal was to create a design that would still pay homage to the original architecture and feel of the space while maintaining clean lines and a modern aesthetic. The renovation consisted of a new kitchen and dining room, new stairs leading to a previously non-existent, second-level master suite with laundry room, bathroom, sitting area, and a 13' x 6' closet (which, as we know, in an older home is priceless!).
