NEVA Architecture Intérieure - Interior DesignLa superbe cuisine, qui fut très compliquée à réaliser. Vous ne le soupçonnez pas, mais derrière cette crédence, une partie amovible cache le ballon d'eau chaude, et le plan de travail cache le lave-linge avec une ouverture par le haut.
Beaucoup d'ajustements et de sur-mesure à cause de ce mur en pente que nous ne pouvions pas toucher.
Mais surtout le clou du spectacle: ces magnifiques carreaux zelliges bleu pétrole, assortis à un plan de travail en bois exotique, qui rappellent le bleu du salon.

Rustico Tile & Stone12x12 Antique Saltillo tile. Tile was ordered presealed, installed by Rustico Tile and Stone. Dark grout was left behind in texture to create a reclaimed terracotta tile look. Topcoat sealed with Terranano Sealer in Low Gloss finish.
Counters and bottom of hood is Pinon Cantera stone with painted Talavera Tiles throughout.

Virtuoso BuildersThis kitchen was once half the size it is now and had dark panels throughout. By taking the space from the adjacent Utility Room and expanding towards the back yard, we were able to increase the size allowing for more storage, flow, and enjoyment. We also added on a new Utility Room behind that pocket door you see.
Atelier JOILa salle de bain a été cassé afin d'ouvrir le séjour et créer une cuisine ouverte. La cuisine est volontairement blanche immaculée afin de pouvoir mettre des détails colorés, comme une crédence en zellige bleu turquoise et un canapé jaune moutarde. Le plan de travail est en stratifié avec chant multiplis qui rappelle la couleur clair du parquet. Nous avons mixé moderne et ancien avec une table déjà présente dans l'appartement. Nous sommes en recherche de chaises chinées pour compléter le projet.

The tall ceilings and large windows are the focal point of the space and so we kept it light and bright, while mixing textures and finishes to create interest. The client's own eclectic art and object collections pair perfectly with the pops of color in the furniture and accessories. The hand glazed kitchen backsplash tile is the perfect contrast to the white, wood and stainless steel and nods to the changing colors of the lake view across.

Leanne Michael L U X E lifestyle designAll custom made cabinetry that was color matched to the entire suite of GE Cafe matte white appliances paired with champagne bronze hardware that coordinates beautifully with the Delta faucet and cabinet / drawer hardware. The counter surfaces are Artic White quartz with custom hand painted clay tiles for the entire range wall with custom floating shelves and backsplash. We used my favorite farrow & ball Babouche 223 (yellow) paint for the island and Sherwin Williams 7036 Accessible Beige on the walls. Hanging over the island is a pair of glazed clay pots that I customized into light pendants. We also replaced the builder grade hollow core back door with a custom designed iron and glass security door. The barstools were a fabulous find on Craigslist that we became mixologists with a selection of transparent stains to come up with the perfect shade of teal and we installed brand new bamboo flooring!
This was such a fun project to do, even amidst Covid with all that the pandemic delayed, and a much needed burst of cheer as a daily result.
