Feri Design LLCThe wash room is always a great place to wash and clean our most loyal friends. If your dog is larger, keeping your wash station on the floor is a smarter idea. You can create more floor space by taking advantage of height by using stack washer/dryer units instead of having side by side machines. Then you’ll have more room to lay out a shower pan that fits your available space and your dog. If you have a small friend, we recommend you to keep the washing station high for your comfort so you will not have lean down. We designed a project for our great friends. You can see, if you peek off the left, that this pantry space is open to the laundry room, which was fully outfitted with custom cabinets as well. The coolest feature? A laundry chute that connects a window bench in the second floor master suite with this first floor laundry room.

Acco Kitchen and BathThis contained, compact stacked laundry pair is a far cry from the original DARK, barely accessible laundry that graced this area before. Close the frosted glass doors and the laundry pair becomes a hidden but hard working element in this home. Handy storage on the right side too for linens, laundry soap, and the instant hot water heater resides there too.
