TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
Nicole Arnold InteriorsWe transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.

DEANE Inc | Distinctive Design & Cabinetry Polished nickel shines on the hardware, faucets, and fixtures with subtle ribbing adding texture. The airy lightness of the primary bath is counterbalanced by the black metal framing around mirrors, light sconces, and shower doors.

Erica Peale DesignThis luxurious spa-like bathroom was remodeled from a dated 90's bathroom. The entire space was demolished and reconfigured to be more functional. Walnut Italian custom floating vanities, large format 24"x48" porcelain tile that ran on the floor and up the wall, marble countertops and shower floor, brass details, layered mirrors, and a gorgeous white oak clad slat walled water closet. This space just shines!
LiLu InteriorsThis prairie home tucked in the woods strikes a harmonious balance between modern efficiency and welcoming warmth.
The master bath is adorned with captivating dark walnut tones and mesmerizing backlighting. A unique curved bathtub takes center stage, positioned to offer a tranquil view of the quiet woods outside, creating a space that encourages relaxation and rejuvenation.

Homework Design.Build.RemodelThe beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.

DMB Interior Design-BuildThis vintage inspired bathroom is the pinnacle of luxury with heated marble floors and its cast iron skirted tub as the focal point of the design. The custom built inset vanity is perfectly tailored to the space of this bathroom, done in a rich autumn glow color, fashioned from heritage cherrywood. The room is accented by fixtures that combined a classic antique look with modern functionality. The elegant simplicity of the vertical shiplap throughout the room adds visual space with its clean lines and timeless style.
