Minneapolis Bathroom Remodel
After starting to plan their bath remodel in this 1918 Minneapolis home, the owners decided to purchase their dream home in St. Paul. The bath design was scaled back with an emphasis on re-sale value and budget. An awkward linen closet at the end of the tub was replaced with a slip-in cabinet. The finishes, a black and white hex tile for the floor, subway tile with black accent for the shower, and polished chrome, were selected based on their fit with the era of the home. The remodeled bath was a boost to the home’s resale value!
