Designed and manufactured for a NJ restaurant, this cabinet was purchased to create greater success for the restaurant's wine program. Actively refrigerated for temperature and humidity control, this cabinet holds both white wines (40F) and red wines (55F). This is achieved by having twin evaporator split systems. Cabinet construction is from knotty alder hardwood plus all-heart redwood racks. Other features include hand carved arches, extensive top and bottom moldings, LED lighting and designer locks/handles.
