Oak Study
Bespoke built-in Study.
I made this study in oak, it is a large piece at 4m long and 2.4m high. It is built on a mezzanine above a large living room giving an impressive piece to look up to. The design took some careful thought to resolve, now all the lines through the piece are balanced and the stepped depth of the units lead the eye to the dormer comfortably. It has dimmable LED lighting with touch sensor switches, 16 built in sockets, 2 usb ports, 2 data points and 1 5amp socket built in, descreetly! All the drawers are of a dovetail construction, have soft close and the oak grain flows from one drawer to the next. It was a challenge to make, but one I am very proud of now, I hope you like it.
