Parking Courtyard
The parking courtyard in fall. The evergreen bones of this garden are comprised of several varieties of Boxwood (Buxus sp.) which are accentuated throughout the seasons by Hawthorn trees (Crataegus viridis 'Winter King'), seen here in fall colour.
In spring the Hawthorns are covered by clusters of delicate white flowers which result in bright red berries. The berries ripen through the summer and persist on the trees through the winter, adding a lovely red blush to the view in the cold winter months.
