Portland Contemporary Bathroom
This was a complete small bath renovation (45 sq ft) in Portland, Oregon. A family of three, including a 3-year-old, share the bathroom. The parents wanted a 'grown-up' bathroom, but needed a solution for their shower-averse son. They chose a collapsible bathtub that the 3-year-old can use at bathtime. When collapsed, it fits under the vanity, as does his stepstool.
Materials used include:
Countertop: Paperstone
Tile: Daltile Fabrique (on the walls and floor)
Ceiling: Tongue and Groove FSC Eucalyptus
Toilet: Toto
Vanity: Custom design and production by 360 Yardware; stainless steel pulls by Emtek.
Door hardware: Emtek Geneva with split finish (Oil-Rubbed Bronze exterior to match house, and Satin Nickel interior to coordinate with bath fixtures)
