Remodel by Refined Renovations
The customer’s goal was to have a kitchen with a strong aesthetic appeal and optimal functionality, in an environment safe for children, while still graciously welcoming to guests. They also requested a new garage entry to the house to provide additional breathing space. Finally, they wanted to remodel their outdated and worn first floor bathroom in order to have it flow seamlessly with their goals for the kitchen.
The kitchen was completely remodeled, creatively adding square footage to the house without the expense or hassle of an addition. We designed custom cabinetry, expertly crafted by Louis Anthony Custom Cabinetry. The stunning countertops mixed Costa Esmeralda Extra granite with a Vetrazzo recycled glass countertop. Tying everything together is an understated ceramic backsplash with glass and stone accents.
The bathroom features Bianco Romano granite countertops, with the delicately sloping lines of a Kohler Demi Lav sink and wall faucet. Sonoma Artisan floor and shower tile finish the space.
The new garage entry features an inspired design for a home organization center among other things, all designed to contribute to a less cluttered, functional space.
