Since 2004, we have served our customers in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas with the highest quality service, integrity, and respect. Completed a second portion of my landscaping in 2019 with R&A. They have also been doing my holiday decorations for the last 4 years. Always great work and professional. Their customer service is amazing. Great company to work with when you want things done right. Highly recommend.

We have used R&A Water for two major projects on our property. They have done an outstanding job. The projects used significant stone placement, a new patio, rock bridge and water feature. They are very flexible and creative when challenges arise during the project, and do an excellent job with communications. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

From design to completion, awesome job! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Really like that they use many native plants for optimum garden performance. Great follow through and any concerns were addressed promptly. Customer service was tremendous and feel that I could call anytime with questions or concerns. Personally will use R&A for future needs and have already recommended to others.

Removed foundation planting that were 20 years old and overgrown. Designed and installed more extensive and more appropriate landscaping to greatly improve the appearance of our home. The result has exceeded our expectations, which were already pretty high.

R&A build our Water Feature. Fast, reliable and with knwledge of why are things done the way they are done. We also used Andy and his team for the spring cleaning atnd they were fast and efficient as well.

R&A provided a complete rework of our existing geothermal pond which included dredging the old pond, replacing the lining, adding a boulder waterfall, stone patio and complete landscaping. We now have a show piece water feature that has and continues to offer us hours of enjoyment. R&A did an excellent job and the project was completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for any water feature work!
