Applegate Tran Interiors

The award-winning team of Vernon Applegate and Gioi Tran combines over 20 years of residential interior design practice in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Boston, and New York City with international projects in Asia. VERNON APPLEGATE was educated at The University of the Arts, in Philadelphia, where he received a B.S. in Architectural Studies, and has completed additional coursework through the University of California. He has worked with several notable interiors design firms in Los Angeles and San Francisco prior to opening ATI. GIOI TRAN is a strong creative force influencing many distinct fields. He has a long-standing passion for fine arts and dance, but has built his career in the design field. He received a B.S. in Interior Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and in 1999, with Vernon Applegate, established Applegate Tran Interiors a San Francisco based firm specializing in residential design with projects in France, New York, Hawaii, Panama City, and Vietnam. In 2007, Gioi launched a furniture line manufacturer that is now represented in San Francisco, Chicago, and Los Angeles. His current project is a lighting line soon to be featured at Sloan Miyasato.
