Archipelago Hawaii is a dream fulfilled by founder and award-winning designer Tiare Noelani Pinto (CKD, Allied ASID,CGP). Tiare established TCB Island Interiors, Slipcovers, Etc., Designs By Tiare and also co-owned Studio Becker-Honolulu. In 2007 TCB Island Interiors merged with Studio Becker to form Archipelago Hawaii.
Tiare brings 25 years of experience in the design industry; furniture sales and design, upholstery/slip cover manufacturing, interior design, as well as kitchen and bath design. This vast knowledge of the industry and all of the various elements that go into designing a home bring her clients the most comprehensive service available in Hawaii.
Archipelago Hawaii has been designing interiors, kitchens and baths in collaboration with Architects for years. This experience has brought to light the disconnect that so often happens when several experts are brought in on a project at different phases. This compelled Tiare to create a design Team; bringing together the designer, structural engineer, general contractor and any other specialists necessary for each project. Working as a Team from the inception of the project with Archipelago Hawaii leading the way has proven to create a more cohesive process and avoid costly changes and oversights.
