ASPECT DESIGN is an award winning multi disciplinary design and project management studio for custom home design, interior design, landscape & pool projects for luxury residential and commercial projects. We strive for excellence in every 'Aspect', concept to completion. Our homes are conceived, architecturally detailed and meticulously considered by a creative and passionate team of designers. Offering all aspects of design services including building management, ensures that the end product flows and expresses its own story. Aspect's philosophy is to combine our innovative concepts and continual personal interaction with each client in order to create the most appropriate design to reflect the client's self expression. Our service gives you and the Builders more detail on the design and ensures that unknowns and any mistakes are kept to a minimum. With this service we not only give the basic Council Documentation for obtaining a Development Approval or Construction Certificate but we work with you in documenting your material selections, detailing kitchens and cabinetry, electrical layouts, services layout, window schedules, tiling layouts, slab setout dimensions and penetrations etc. With these documents the Builder is fully armed to construct your home with minimal referral back to you or the design office which saves you time and money.

Aspect Designs builders were simply amazing! From the very start to finish, the project was done professionally and expeditiously. We did a fairly large project and we could not be happier with the result. Aside from their work, I especially appreciated their quick response time. Over all I can say they have large experience. Their contribute only honest, helpful, and answers that is why i adore working with them. Also the project manager was always available to us and would recommend their work to anyone doing any home construction or renovation.

Aspect Designs is a great architectural practice that brings not just architectural flair to their projects, but the experience and common sense of a building background. Michael's designs, details, and features are carefully considered and are practical, taking into account budget, "buildability", materials handling, and other construction issues so that the design on paper can actually be configured and constructed by the builder. As a structural engineer, it's great to be able to collaborate with an architect who understands the building process and the structure that is necessary to achieve stunning architecture.
