When we decided to build our home, we met with several builders around town but, after our consultation with Bob Cook Homes, we knew we had found a builder who would go above and beyond to ensure that our dream became a reality. From the begin of the project all the way to the end, the team at Bob Cook Homes was always available, never said no to any idea we had or addition that we wanted to make, and ALWAYS handled matters in a professional and caring manner. The quality of home that we received is beyond compare and I consider Bob Cook Homes to be the ONLY builders we would ever consider using again. As an added bonus, when our home was being constructed we found out that Bob had personally come out to look at our lot prior to our consultation and had proposed a home that gave us incredible views. This was something we hadn't even considered with our lot and was such a wonderful surprise when found out during the framing stage. Even now, they have continued to follow up and have made it clear by their actions that, although we have already closed on our house, they aren't going anywhere until our home not only meets our standards but theirs as well. From start to finish, they made us feel like family and we are so grateful to all of them (Bob, Deb, Cyndi, Ben and Syd), for all the time, integrity and caring that each one of them gave to our family and this project. We would not only use them again, we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Yet another added bonus, they even provided a means to dispose of all our moving boxes!

Bob, Ben, and their team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and unyieldingly patient throughout the process of building our dream home (you will have 1000's of questions and they were always happy to answer them quickly and fully). Their workmanship was flawless and they made what could have been a daunting task of building a home easy and fun. I cannot recommend this company enough. Great people, great work, enough said.

We have admired Bob Cooks Homes for many years and 2 years ago life led us into a horrible circumstance where our newly remodeled home (Bob Cook Homes did the remodel) was considered a total loss due to fire, smoke and water. We were committed to rebuilding and Bob, Ben and the BCH crew were 100% on board with the rebuild of what has now become our dream home. We were very satisfied with the remodel and are totally in awe of the rebuild. Their patience with our wishes and vision for the home was a total partnership. Whatever we wanted, BCH made it a reality. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new build or remodel because of their professionalism and total commitment to quality and innovation.

My wife and I contracted with Bob Cook Homes to build us a home just outside of Goddard. When we met with Bob and his son Ben to discuss our build, they were very interested and we have progressed from there. I am very pleased with Bob and the other members of his team.
