BONI (Buildings Old & New, Inc.) was established in 1980 in Bethesda, MD by two native Washingtonians. Our principal founder is a third generation builder with over 25 years' experience in residential and commercial design and construction. Now conveniently located in Kensington, MD, we are very proud and fortunate to serve the special needs of older homes in northern Washington D.C. and southern Montgomery County. BONI projects are known for their timeliness. The main goal of our work is to create a seamless renovation or addition to your house to make it appear as if the work was from original construction. In addition, we vow to protect your home, keep the job site in a neat manner and minimize intrusion during construction.
