Kole Mogel, of bSpoke Homes, transformed our 1978 house into a beautiful, high quality, modern home. Kole was SO easy to work with, had great ideas when I needed them and was always professional. He gave me ideas concerning design and materials that helped me stay within budget. Kole was usually immediately available; I hardly got a text off to him before I had a reply. Kole's knowledge seems to spans all aspects of demolition and construction. We could not be happier with our new home!

Kole was the GC on the renovation of a master bath in our 1907 home. We are very happy with both the finished job and the process of working with Kole. Having done many renovations and even building a house we can say that this was by far the best experience we've ever had. Kole was extremely helpful during the planning phase - even accompanied us to the store where chose the fixtures. He also really understood the look we were going for - making suggestions that were right on target. The quality of the work was excellent and it was on budget and on time. We would use Kole again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone.

Kole was great. We had seen previous work from his team at a friends house, who recommended him. We engaged him - and immediately enjoyed the working relationship. Kole was very level headed, helped us make some good decisions around our wants and budget, and allowed us to get the kitchen that we wanted, rather than just the one to live with. We appreciate his continued engagement throughout the project, and follow up after the work was completed. The team was never late, or tardy. They were conscious of keeping the living area clean, and did some of the quality extras that you would expect others to leave as they were. Working with Kole from BSpoke Homes was great from day one. In addition to being one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, his work was spectacular. Respect - Kole was always on time for meetings and cleaned the his work area after each day (this was very important to us as we were living in the house during the renovation). Design - The balance of creating an updated space in a 65 year old home allowed Kole to showcase his design abilities. From his decision to utilize arched pass-throughs (prior, one was a standard door, the other a solid wall) to lacing hardwoods throughout the main level, the updated spaces didn't feel out of place in an older home. Construction - Kole's ability to create archways and open up walls while making it look like they have been that way since the house was built was phenomenal. We couldn't be happier. Freedom - Going into to the remodel we had an idea of what we wanted. Kole allowed our design ideas to come to fruition while using his professional knowledge to guide us towards the best decisions for the look and feel we were going for. Budget - Kole prides himself on giving an accurate estimate from the very beginning. The numbers he gave us on the initial bid held true to the completion of the project. There were a few minor adjustments/add-ons on our part, but the quality products Kole included in the initial bid allowed us to get nearly everything we wanted without being nickel and dimed for every upgrade.

We hired Kole to build our custom home in Eagle, Idaho. Kole and his team were very professional throughout the process and responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had. We were not the easiest clients to work for as we requested an abnormal amount of change orders. Kole did a good job putting up with us and we ended up with a beautiful home. Construction was completed on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. We would highly recommend Kole and bSpoke homes to anyone looking to remodel or build a new custom home.

We hired Kole to do a full remodel of our family's kitchen. He was fantastic from start to finish. He was able to take our ideas and translate them into a beautiful, family friendly kitchen. He has an eye for detail! I appreciate how he was able to keep us on budget, but we never felt like we were having to cut any corners. Even though a remodel can be tough on a family with kids, he made it a low stress event. He cleaned the kitchen area every night and was respectful of the rest of our house. Even our dogs loved him! We will be using Kole for our bathroom remodel next year. I won't even bother getting other estimates. I know I will get the best result working with BSpoke Homes.

We plan to use BSpoke Homes again and have already recommended them to seven friends. Having Kole and Howard working in our past home and then gutting and renovating our new home had me completely at ease. They are the first and only contractors I have given total access to my home and then headed off to work. Their work is beautiful and Kole's eye for color and detail made choosing out ump-teen tiles and grout colors easier than I can say. On time, on budget and always available when I called, these guys earned a perfect 10!
