California Closets of Cincinnati and Dayton

Kathy my design consultant and Brad my installer exceeded my expectations! Kathy was very thorough with all the details of the design for my closet. She gave me precise details of what my closet would include to accommodate all of my articles of clothing. The 3D view helped me tremendously when deciding on the layout. The pricing was exactly what we had discussed for my budget. She made timely arrangements based on my schedule to get the installation date set. Brad sent a reminder notice that the installation was scheduled and he could be contacted if I had any questions. He showed up on time, even with the snow! He was very respectful to take off his boots when entering. He informed me of his exact plan to remove my shelves and would lay down his blankets to protect the carpet during patching and light painting touch up. He installed the closet and showed me how everything was adjustable. He was so friendly and respectful of my home. I am so delighted with my closet and especially Kathy and Brad for doing such a great job!! Thank you. Stacy

After a wonderful experience with California Closest of Cincinnati & Dayton in our previous house, as we remodeled our new house we knew no other company would make us as happy as they had. We were right! Kathy Bertini came out right away, measured, and laid out all five closets beautifully, maximizing every inch of space we had, which we needed since we were downsizing and storage space was very important! It didn't take too long waiting for the order to arrive and installation was just a few hours and was carefully and perfectly done. We chose white with oil rubbed bronze hardware. It is absolutely stunning and everyone who comes to visit is very impressed at how much we can store in every closet. I would never hesitate to recommend them!

This was the first time I've used Calafornia Closets and I was beyond pleased! I was skeptical initially as a free consultation was offered online and I automatically assumed the design would not be very budget friendly ( if it was I figured it would be super basic). Kathy, my designer came to my home and was absolutely amazing! When I showed her the spaces I needed help with she immediately asked about my family and our lifestyle...she took into consideration every aspect of our day to day living, our needs, and my wants. I was shocked when her designs perfectly Accommodated my families needs, were complex, functional, and affordable. Trent, was my installer, and he was just as personable and customer service oriented as Kathy. They provided top notch service and I could not be happier. This was by far one of the best purchases I have made and I will use California Closets again in the future. I highly recommend a consultation if you are at all considering a renovation of any space in your home-you will not regret it!

California Closets in Cincinnati installed 4 new closets in our house. Mia Claxton was the design consultant who helped us. Given their reputation, I expected the quality to be top notch and I wasn't dissapointed. That said, what really set California Closets apart was the excellect customer service and personal touch provided by Mia. Her designs were excellent and they really helped us maximize our space without spending more than we had planned. I'd highly recommend using Mia Claxton and California Closets.
