We wanted to replace our family room carpet and since we had used FCC about 7 years ago at my parents' house with excellent results, they were our first choice. Katie was extremely helpful and courteous. The pricing was more than fair, and the installers (Tim & Ty) did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, the carpet we picked out turned out to be defective (thru no fault of FCC) from the manufacturer. When we contacted Katie, she could not have been nicer. She had the manufacturer replace the carpet at no cost to us. So, when they say they stand behind their work, you can rest assured that they do! We could not be happier with the entire process, and we have a beautiful carpet. I would not hesitate to recommend or work with them again. First class service all around.

Framingham Carpet Center installed carpet in two bedrooms and repaired the laminate floor in our hallway after a flood. Katie and the installers were all fantastic to work with - great communication and expert installation. Highly recommend!
