Collette Day and Jenni Payne helped us transform our outdated 26-year old ranch style home into a beautiful, cozy, and inviting sanctuary that my husband and I just love to come home to after a hard day at work. They helped us furnish our home with new furniture, custom window treatments, lighting, art, custom pillows, custom bedskirt, bedding, linens, custom florals, and décor, but incorporated some of our existing pieces that they felt would work with the design. We could have never accomplished or finished this project without their help and the help of the Gracefully Done staff. We received expert advice on all our purchases. They were patient, honest, understanding and considerate of our budget, and skilled, going above and beyond to make our dream home a reality. It was important to them that our home reflected what we loved. All our window treatments, pillows, bedskirt, wooden chair covers, and reupholstered cushions on antique wooden chairs were all custom made by their expert upholsterer, whose work is exceptional. I hired Jenni Payne from Gracefully Done to update my home decor. She did a beautiful job - she listened to my goals, was respectful of my budget, and the result was a wonderful transformation of my living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. She re-used and re-purposed a number of pieces in creative ways, minimizing my cost. She incorporated a number of items I purchased elsewhere (based on her design recommendations) with those purchased from Gracefully Done. I will use her again as I move forward updating my home.

I have relied on Gracefully Done for all of my decorating needs for the last several years now. Jenni Payne has done 3 of my rooms in my home. Living room, Master Bedroom, dining room and foyer. Each time she has worked with me on choices of fabric and furniture and then has come into my home with me not there and transformed these rooms into all I dreamed of and more. She had the vision and ability to please me beyond what I even knew I wanted or liked. I have bonded with her on a very personal level and consider her a blessing but she has always maintained a professional persona when we are discussing the bottom line and expectations that are necessary to execute the business endeavors we have discussed. This family owned business is another reason I keep coming back as I feel the commitment and integrity that they are striving to sustain through their level of service and appreciation to me as a customer and as a friend.
