Crystal Blue Aquatics, LLC was established in 2005 by Jason DeBosky. We are a family owned and operated swimming pool company, built on 25 years of experience in designing, building, renovating, and servicing in-ground swimming pools and spas. We have a vast background in managing commercial pools as well as residential pools. Our Absolute specialty is full service contracts and full Renovations. We are unsurpassed in what we include for our turn key contracts and the workmanship in our pool renovations. We also specialize in retaining walls, waterfalls, and all types of masonry work. Our business model is straight forward, retention through great personable customer service, fair pricing, the use of only the best products and top quality workmanship. Installed a Jandy pool heater on April 12, 2018 for $4,115.00. After the installation they would not return phone call or service the heater that was installed incorrectly. I would not recommend this company and I am not sure why Jandy allows them to be an authorized dealer.

Thanks for your feedback. However you are not telling the entire truth here. CBA installed a brand new heater professionally and perfectly. The unit worked upon our completion and for weeks after. You called with issues of misfiring. We diagnosed the heater and found your gas to the unit was not correct. We have your email telling us the gas company you hired did need to replace the gas regulator and now the unit works perfectly. The following year you had leaks. We did not winterize your pool and we do not know who did. As you can see in the photos you are uploading your heater has freeze damage and is leaking. Your unit never leaked under our installation nor at any point when we came out to diagnose any issues. I will leave you with the fact we did return calls, we did set appointments and we did our best to resolve any issues. When you have winter closing issues or freeze damage from a unit we installed almost 3 years ago we cannot be responsible for bad winterization of our unit. We install approximately 50 to 75 units from Jandy a year. Your unit is the first unit in the past 6 years since it has been manufactured having such issues. Again sometimes it is better to have a licensed Jandy dealer and warranty station open and close your pool rather than doing it yourself or saving a few dollars with another company that may not know the proper way to blow out and drain the Jandy JXI heater. Again thanks for your business and feedback and let us know how we can assist you in the future.

Has been ready helpful in fixing our pool. Our pool was not finished due to md pools going out of business. Would recommend for pool installations.

Crystal Blue Aquatics built a fantastic pool in our backyard over the summer of 2015. Jason and his crew were a pleasure to work with. All the materials were top notch and they did not skimp on anything. We upgraded to a paver patio around the pool that stays cool even in direct sunlight. We also upgraded from a standard white plaster to SGM Diamond Brite in a French Grey finish. Jason came to our house during the design process and sat with us in our kitchen with his computer and worked on custom designing our pool. He came up with some cool ideas that he incorporated into the design that we would never have gotten with another builder. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Crystal Blue Aquatics has been taking care of my pool for a number of years. Everything from simple start up and shut down to repairs/replacement of old equipment. This past year we decided to completely remodel our pool and trusted Jason and his team to complete the job. They worked with us to understand our needs and were very helpful with suggestions to make the project go as smoothly as possible. What a transformation! We love our new pool and the team at Crystal Blue Aquatics!

I have used CBA for pool/ spa opening and closing, and for equipment repairs/ replacement. They can be relied upon to turn up on the agreed day. The techs know what they are doing, work hard and are very personable. I've worked with several pool companies over the years. CBA is at the head of the pack.

Jason and his team of professionals have provided me excellent pool services for over 15 years from yearly maintenance to complete renovation. His company provides the requested/recommended service on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the customer. Won't let anyone else touch my pool.

I remember the day I got a call from a high powered doctor servicing our metropolitan area feeling a sense of pride and honor.
