Dresner Design | Chicago Custom Kitchens Cabinets

We have been working with Scott on phased projects in our home for 5 years. Scott designed our kitchen almost 6 years ago. It looks as beautiful today as when it was installed. Scott is brilliant! Dresner Design designed and provided construction for our home renovation which included a kitchen, office cabinetry, refinishing flooring, new floors in our master bedroom and 2nd floor, reconfiguring closets in master bedroom, new fireplace, along with some misc electrical and plumbing. Scott and his team were amazing to work with. The design solutions they came up with for the kitchen were amazing! Scott has designed over 10,000 kitchens in his career so could do this in his sleep but he always manages to provide new and innovative solutions on every project. Our project was no different. Some of the things we love most? A custom spice drawer that organizes all of our 70 different spices, custom stainless hood that is giant which also has shelving. He created a coffee bar for us in a tiny corner of dead space that houses our barware and coffee cups. We did a second phase of work in our home 2 years ago- our master bathroom. Of course the cabinetry takes a long time to get- it's from Italy and 100% custom for our space- exactly what we wanted- amazing quality, perfect install and beautiful design. He created so much storage it is crazy. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! We could not be happier with the end result. Another project Scott did recently for us was creating millwork in my home office. He did my husband's office in phase one and designed a cabinet that has a pullout extra work surface! He's innovative! The cabinets in my office are gorgeous bleached white oak- latches are touchless and I still can't believe how much hidden storage he has created- everything is neat and tucked away. Our home is beautiful and functional and will stand the test of time. We highly recommend Scott and his team and would never trust our projects to anyone else.

Dresner Design has created a unique and award winning kitchen for me in Bloomfield Hills MI. Everyone who comes to our home asks about the design, creativity and unique style that Scott created. The cabinets are some of the best quality I have seen and the installation team (recommended by Scott Dresner) was professional, meticulous and made everything work perfectly. Construction is always stressful and delays occur in most projects but I can assure you that the Dresner Design people are selling the highest quality kitchens from Italy and Canada. If you want a real custom kitchen that is thoughtfully laid out and effective than stick with the experts like Dresner Design

Customer service is terrible. Cooper Wolfson, was completely unprofessional in his emails and responses to us. Dresner Designs would give a date when cabinets would be arriving and then push it back by months. When we would call them on it, they would get upset, and say, "clearly you are not in the cabinet business." A a person in customer service, I would never treat a client in that manner, even if I was upset. Parts did not arrive or arrived broken and company refused to honor contract by replacing broken parts and supplying missing parts. Dresner Design took our money and ran, refusing to honor their commitment. Our contractor basically had to go from nothing to make the cabinets even look descent in our home. If you are looking to spend money on good quality cabinets and have good customer service, I would not recommend Dresner Design to anyone.
