Design by Intuition

Chelsea just completed decorating my house on August 19, 2016. I recently moved from a very small house after 24 years. I did not have much to work with apart from furniture and some personal items. I asked her to focus her efforts on six rooms and my foyer.She looked at what I already owned and got a sense of my style. I gave her money up front and she went to work choosing paint, buying décor, etc... I could not be happier and I have had numerous compliments on the results. I am amazed how she was able to determine what I liked just by looking around the house. I could not be happier with the expenditure. It was well worth her fees because I know I would have spent more time and money trying to figure things out. She worked within the budget I set and it was more or less correct except for the cost of contractors. Nevertheless, all of the work was of very high quality and worth the expense. She has an excellent eye for décor and I would hire her again. My mother is planning on hiring her after seeing what she was able to do with my house.

Chelsea Aldrich of Design by Intuition designed my daughter's nursery, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She worked with me on developing a sense of what I wanted and what I would be comfortable with, and came up with ideas that I never could have imagined on my own. I love that her ideas are so unique. I can honestly say that every single person that came to my home and saw that nursery was awestruck, and said they had never seen a nursery so cool before. I entered the nursery into an online photo contest, and soon enough it was popping up all over pinterest. I couldn't believe I actually has a pinterest-worthy room in my home. The room was colorful and vibrant, perfectly for stimulating baby's senses, while also being very functional. Probably my favorite thing about the room was that it was so easy for its function to grow with my daughter. I hardly had to change a single thing as my daughter went from being an infant to a toddler to a preschooler. Chelsea was very attentive to what I needed from the nursery design, while also offering her own unique touch to help my abstract vision come to life. I loved working with Chelsea, she is an excellent designer, and I would definitely work with her again!!

We hired Chelsea Aldridge and her team to design and decorate our Master Bedroom. We had some ideas about paint colors, design......etc., However, when Chelsea came, her expertise, knowledge and background put us right at ease. She is very professional and guided us through our project successfully from conception to completion with pretty much all - hands on and efficient service . Her experience came in twofold, not only she was willing to listen to our concepts but she was able to give us options on things that we already had in order to work with our limited budget. Her services included turnkey solutions: complete measurement of the entire floor plan, furnishing the area as necessary to accommodate existing designs by combining elegance and creativity, suggested all the artwork, drapes and finally drew the entire mockup of the entire model on the computer before commencement. That was a big plus for us! At every point during the process she was understanding and cooperative. She was also completely open and rational with our choices. Chelsea has also done our kids rooms and we would definitely hire her again to do the other rooms which are still awaiting to be completed!
