Dianna offers residential and commercial interior design, and staging for home or small business resale or new sale in New Hampshire, Metro Boston area, and coastal Rhode Island. She transforms the vision and aspirations of her client into spaces that are layered, beautiful, and reflect their personality. Each project and design is a collaboration between Dianna and her client to create a space that expresses a continuity of concept and a cohesive voice.
A quote from one of her favorite designers, Kelly Wearstler "Living without color is like living without love." speaks to a unique aspect of Dianna's designs. Dianna loves to incorporate color as bold statements or subtle accents in all design projects. "Many clients are afraid of color, but my mission is to help them get over their fear."
Living in the 21st century, Dianna believes it is important to be conscious of the impact our life has on our planet and on the other global citizens that inhabit our beautiful earth. She is committed to incorporating sustainable design into each project, and to using materials that are recycled, made from renewable resources, or have minimal impact on the internal and external environment. Interior environmental health is also very important and Dianna sources products with low VOC's (volatile organic compounds), that have minimal off gassing, are formaldehyde free, and are made from natural materials, and are generally healthy for our interior environment.
Dianna is proficient in Chief Architect design software, which allows her to create floor plans, elevations, and 3-D renderings for her clients. She has relationships with numerous vendors in the business who provide cabinetry, counter top materials, cabinetry hardware, fixtures, paint, flooring, and tile, the Boston Design Center, and she frequently attends High Point Market in North Carolina to keep up with the latest design trends.
Dianna is a former photographer who completed her MFA studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, two decades later, in 2014, Dianna shifted her focus to Interior Design after graduating from the Interior Design program at the New Hampshire Institute of Art in Manchester, New Hampshire. In addition, Dianna is an ASP, Accredited Home Staging Professional.
