The team at Larchmont Renovations consists of highly experienced and dedicated craftspeople. Over the years, we’ve perfected our skills by working on a wide variety of projects, from simple bathroom and basement renovations, to additions and entire gut jobs with stud by stud rebuilds. From a vision perspective, is there an old addition or bad design, holding you back from your ideal home? Is there a wall in just the wrong spot for your dream? Many on the team are schooled enough to be able to walk into a setting and know immediately what potential there is to restore form and function – and letting you realize your dream home. The team is a diverse group of skilled craftspeople. Depending on the job, we will have apprentices, carpenters, plasterers, painters, masons, roofers, tilers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical – to name a few areas of expertise – and if we do not have the required skill set, we have a long list of partner organizations that we can rely on for your solutions. Concierge Services – this part of the business was born when our clients kept calling us for work, long after our projects were completed – and for unrelated work. A boiler not working? An outlet on the fritz? HVAC needs attention? Since we generally spend a lot of time at our clients’ homes – we, by default, become experts on every nook and corner. That usually allows us to simply diagnose a situation, and as we have craftspeople on the job, every day, we generally can dispatch immediately to provide assistance. So, from idea conception, thru to planning, implementation and finish – then to ongoing house management, Larchmont Renovations is a comprehensive and insightful tool for local homeowners.
