We remodelled our house and intend to stay put a long time... and new kitchen was to be a huge part of it. So we were very careful about choosing which kitchen company to use. We eventually chose Elements as we felt that they had really good options for providing an 'in frame' look and feel without having to pay the super high end prices of many more bespoke kitchen companies, and we very much liked the whole design and selection process. Now we're through the last year of pain with the building works, various issues, and kitchen fit. We love the new house, and love the new kitchen. Looking back, without a doubt the easiest and most hassle free part of the whole experience was definitely dealing with Sara, Sarah, and Simon the main fitter from Elements. The quality and workmanship is outstanding and the end result is stunning. A great company to have used.

Great service from a very knowledgeable team. From our visit first to the showroom to the finish of our kitchen the service has been great. The showroom provided a great source of inspiration for our project with a wide range of kitchen styles on show. The team helped develop our plans and ideas to create a truly wow kitchen that I'm sure we'll enjoy for years to come.

This is the second time in five years we have had an Alno kitchen (both in new kitchen extensions) so we know and are pleased with the quality of units. However, this is the first time we have used Elements. We are really impressed with their design input (challenging our architect's design and inputting into lighting) and the way in which they have managed the build. They have been very flexible with our own build schedule and their customer service has been first rate!

Full kitchen renovation including design, gutting of old kitchen, supply and fitting of new cabinetry, white goods, work tops, underfloor heating and flooring carried out to complete satisfaction with excellent after care and support.

Over the last 20 years we have had 3 kitchens installed by Elements in 3 houses. Our most recent was installed around 8 years ago. Elements (Mick) did a fabulous job and the kitchen still looks and operates as new. We had many different quotes and chose Elements - they had the best design and we felt were priced well. We would highly recommend them and indeed would never hesitate to use them again should we ever need to. We have just decided to provide this review as we were looking them up with view to enhancing our kitchen cornice (making it taller and more grand) 8 years later!! We were disappointed to read the previous negative review so thought we should add our view too.

Honest feedback, they are not good for the price they quote.. bought a house where the kitchen was installed by them paid around 27K by the previous owners and I paid premium on the house price just because of the look of the kitchen.. the worktop is quartz( Better than granite) is what they claimed.. started developing cracks within 3.5 years, called them and they said its out of warranty and we cannot cover it.. 2 people turned up both said its because its not properly installed and they are not willing to honour it. absolutely poor customer service.. My suggestion don't go for them
