We recently had a first floor second master bedroom suite addition done. It was a major project involving excavation, sewer connection, foundation, framing, roofing (with skylights), gutters and drains, plumbing, electrical, heating, siding and interior finishing. It also required deck changes, a slider to the deck and replacement of an exterior door with a new interior door. We also asked for expansion of a new closet into the adjacent garage and a pocket door to the bath. So, a complicated project. Doski Building and Remodeling did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire project was done within the planned ten-week schedule with no significant down time. Gary and Linda met with us several times in advance to plan the project, work on choices and answer our questions. I had their phone numbers the entire time when there were questions. In addition, the site manager, Mike, got together with us every day to tell us what was going on. They took care of all of the permits and surveys. All of the workmanship was high quality. They addressed every question or suggestion that we had, often before we knew we had them. The workers were friendly and polite. They all made friends with our dog, Cooper, and were careful about keeping doors and gates closed. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project and I recommend Doski Building and Remodeling highly and without reservation. Their price was competitive and there was less than 5% “unexpected’ costs related to city survey requirements and to bringing almost 40-year-old construction up to code where the new work affected it. But the absolute best part was the communication from the planning with Gary and Linda through the day to day interactions with Mike.

Gary and his team did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They consistently worked with us from design to finish to stay within budget while providing the best quality and workmanship. They were very responsive to any concerns and stayed on top of any issues until resolved. The team was professional and courteous throughout the project.

We decided to start the project when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and brought the baby home during the final stages. As stressful as a kitchen remodel is, plus having a newborn, Gary's crew went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable and informed of the progress. They were as quiet as they could be and at the end of every day cleaned as much as they could. We will definitely use them again.

I had Gary from 3 D Homes Design prepare and design my kitchen complete with cabinet, counter, and flooring. The design was easy to visualize and laid out perfectly for the area we had. He was instrumental in laying out the appliances and center island. Would recommend him for any work .

I had a complete home renovation and several additions put on my house, the design and work was exceptional. The renovation was done during several months started in the fall and completely done by summertime. During that time they were 5 adults leaving in the house and the workers were very respectful and accommodating to our needs. I would gladly recommend this company.

3 D did an excellent job on my garage addition and extension. The work included expanding and office space by one third and adding an additional 4 feet to the entire length of the existing 3 car garage. The work was completed on-time and within budget.

My wife and I wanted a complete redo of our master bath. It involved pretty much moving everything and gutting the entire bathroom. Gary and Tony had done an amazing job on our deck and rear patio so it was an easy decision to have him do the bathroom. Gary worked closely with my wife to make sure we got the bathroom we wanted. It came out amazing! Truly, I didn't think it would be a big deal, i was wrong. The bathroom is practical, modern and yet has a design that will last as long as the house. Gary and Tony are basically members of the family at this point. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Gary renovated our kitchen and bath - replacing cabinets, counter tops, floors, tile, tearing down a wall and creating a totally new kitchen arrangement. The 50+ year old bath was gutted and remodeled. Gary suggested materials and went out of his way to make this extensive renovation as easy as possible. He is a complete professional and coordinated the work of carpenters, plumbers and electricians. He arranged for work permits and inspections, down to the final certificate of occupancy. Despite serious problems with weather, Gary was on time and completed the job when promised.

Work and craftsmanship outstanding, very polite and courteous, crew always cleaned up after themselves, Gary always reachable by cell phone or email, guaranteed price (a huge thing for us), some good sized delays due to subcontractors, but would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Gary did a fine job remodeling my kitchen. Before the remodeling, my kitchen was falling apart, outdated, lacked ease of function. It lacked needed cabinet, counter and drawer space. I wanted to easily reach items, without having to painfully bend down and pull-out items from a lower cabinet. At our first visit, I liked the way Gary took the time to listen to me, with my thoughts, desires, and needs. He demonstrated his creative designs with 3-D computer technology. This technology allowed me to visually grasp how the kitchen would look. I am glad he directed me to do the larger design which not only looked attractive but allowed me to have the necessary space for my many cooking and baking items. Along with his direction and expertise, he allowed me to be creative and choose products along the way. He displayed a confidence in his workmanship which helped me relax during times of making some difficult decisions. At the end of a construction-filled day, the place was left as orderly as could be expected. I had some unforeseen delays due to other unexpected construction problems. Gary’s ability to problem-solve provided an extra dimension to the final outcome. My kitchen now is spacious and provides more function. The shelves, Gary’s custom designed lazy-Susan, and cabinets with pullout drawers are now more accessible. Now I can organize my numerous cooking and baking items into their “their new homes”, instead of being kept in boxes in a closet. Besides the total kitchen remodeling, the dining and living room wall to wall carpet was removed and replaced with hardwood flooring. We then discovered damage to the floor and deck door area. This discovery led to the unexpected delays to the project. But Gary and his team skillfully provided the door installation. To complete this project, I had all the walls re-painted. The whole project with Gary’s collaborating with other team workers was an added plus. So my entire kitchen remodeling and changes to the rest of the open floor plan, transformed my place totally for the best. My family and friends can attest to the transformation with "oohs and aahs".

They did work in a professional manner. courteous, patient and worked well with you. Their price was very reasonable also.

3D Homes was most recently hired to redesign and renovate the kitchen of our 1990 home. The computer design used allowed us to see the exactly what the finished project would look like including finishes, paint, cabinets, lighting so there were no surprises in the end. We've used 3D Homes in the past to add an in-law addition on to our existing home. We were able to create a completely handicap accessible apartment - quality construction. completed on time. I would highly recommend the 3D Home design team for any home project.
