Josh was very professional but worked with helpers not as talented. They splashed product all over moldings and one leather chair. Whoever re did the wood floor by the refrigerator did not finish it. They left a 3 in by 3 in spot undone which is noticeable after you moved the refrigerator all the way back. I need someone to come out and finish that please.

The sanding & the poly was done great. So if that is all you need, then I would recommend them. The repairing, not so much. the wood glue does not match at al, they do not use the sand from the floor to repair. My largest complaint other than them leaving my door unlocked one day, would be the lack of communication. Updates and the status of the work is not provided willingly & not among the staff. Woke up one morning and the guy was in my house telling me he was told that no one would be home. Another time I was told they would be working on one part of my home, and came home and they worked on another. They left trash outside and in my bedroom area. If this was a new company, I would understand some of the issues, but the lack of communication caused a lot of anxiety when someone is working in my home.

Outstanding work from Highland Hardwood from start to finish. We live in the original Highlands in a home that is circa 1890 and we couldn't be happier with our decision to get new hardwood floors installed. The quality of the work and attention to detail was second to none. Highly recommend.

Great work and wonderful outcome! These two guys really took their time with making the color right for my wife and the finishing touches. Organization and planning/timeline could have been better, but overall great value for the quality of work.

Highland Hardwood Flooring did a great job on our project! They were able to successfully transition old hardwood floors with new hardwood floors in a home addition renovation...which is extremely difficult with color, settling, materials etc. Very Impressed with there work, staff, and attention to the job. Will recommend and use this company again!

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my floors. The workmen were professional. Work was done in a timely manner with a minimum of dust. They went the extra mile to ensure that the floors looked their best even though they had been refinished many times before. I would highly recommend them.
