We had a great experience with Home Best Solutions and Reza. They remodelled our two-story home. What I appreciated most about the experience was Reza’s professionalism and punctuality. He was always on time, and all calls, emails and texts were promptly returned. He made a stressful process as easy and stress-free as possible. The project was finished ahead of schedule and within the initially established budget. All the crew and trades were also on time, respectful, did their jobs and tried to cause minimal disruptions to the homeowner. Overall, we had a positive experience and plan to use them again.

Wow! What a great find. Our neighbours had their home renovated by Reza and his team at Best Home Solutions. We hired Reza after seeing their home. I told Reza right away that I am going to be very fussy . This did not deter him. He communicated with us both before and during our main bathroom remodel. He only works on one project at a time so that you have his undivided attention. Any questions were always answered and any small problems that arose were dealt with professionally and courteously . We had our onsuite bathroom gutted, extended and redone with Home Best Solutions and were very happy with the results. To be clear, I didn't know them before the work started and used the reviews on the internet to make my decision to reach out to them. They checked off all of the important boxes when it comes to a renovation. 1)Very competitive pricing and high quality work: By far, the best quote and the finished product was amazing. 2)Great communication skills: Clear with their plan and any unforeseen changes. 3)Punctuality: Showed up in the morning each day and put in a full days work. Made sure the completion of the project met their committed deadline. 4)Friendly service: Very approachable, easy to talk to and immediately returns phone calls, emails. Why are we so impressed? We had recently renovated our kitchen and used a different contractor. The service provided was typically what you would expect from a contractor in a market where there's lots of available work. At first (during the negotiation phase) they were great guys and full of promises and commitments to high quality of work and meeting deadlines. Once the project started and we gave them some money, it all went downhill. Communication skills were horrible as they would not show up for days on end and wouldn't return phone calls when I was wondering what was going on. The project went way over the agreed finish date and we basically felt like we were being held hostage by them. They had us over a barrel and there was nothing we could do about it. Apparently this is somewhat of the norm we were told. Really??? This is why we're so pleased with finding Home Best Solutions and they are a great example as to how a contractor should conduct their business. You will not be disappointed by using this team.

I found Ray through a referral and it was the best referral ever. We live in a bungalow with only 1 1/2 baths. I had family coming from Florida on short notice. I contacted Ray to install a 3rd bathroom in the basement. I had never designed a bathroom. He made it all happen just in time for the guests. Ray helped me with the design and the workmanship was absolutely amazing. All of my guest loved the new bathroom. I will be remodeling my upstairs bathroom since the basement one looks nicer and I will definitely be using Ray again. A very happy customer

We hired Home Best Solutions to remodel our kitchen and bathroom in Newmarket, ON. We really enjoyed working with this company from start to finish. Their service was very professional, friendly and totally client focused. They are great to work with and I would definitely highly recommend them.

Hired Home Best Solutions and worked with Ray to complete the work in the single car garage. Friendly and best of all listens and provides recommendations to what I as a customer wants have accomplished in the project. Quoted a lot less what other companies quoted me for the same job as I had a specific budget to complete the work. After the work was completed, the garage was cleaned up, all garbage removed. Would hire again.
