I had been trying for weeks to find a contractor in the Manassas/Woodbridge area to replace a piece of fascia on my home. Out of the several companies that I tried to contact, very few actually responded, and those that did refused to take the job because "it was too small". When my wife and I found the Home-Kim Group, we were expecting to have to struggle with the same issues; but to my surprise, someone from Home-Kim actually picked up the phone when I called the first time! I told them I was in a bit of rush to get the work done as I was leaving on vacation, and asked if they were able to quote me for the work via pictures I had taken. They did and the quote I received was $200 less than the only other quote I actually got from another contractor! The only hiccup in the entire process was a communications issue. On the day I was scheduled to have the work done, we were apparently scheduled for later in the afternoon. Since it was a Friday and nearing 3PM, I was concerned that we might be forgotten. I called Home-Kim and was assured that we were on the list, and was promised that someone would check with the dispatched contractors and get back to me with a time estimate. Unfortunately, that last part didn't happen; I had to call Home-Kim back and ask for that info. They apologized for not calling back, but stated they were "very busy". Certainly understandable! But not something you necessarily want to hear as a customer. Regardless, the guys came out and performed the work. It was not only extremely fast, but extremely well done. They took great care and time in selecting the right color to match my other existing fascia and even asked me to confirm that I was OK with their selection before they did the work. That was a very awesome "go the extra mile" moment. There is no question that I will use Home-Kim Group again for any future work. I'm honestly relieved to have found them!

We have had an ongoing water leak somewhere in the back of our home. This leak in our siding caused a steady waterfall of drips in our sliding glass door whenever it rained hard. We had tried over and over again to fix the leak to no avail. In May 2014, we hired a general contractor to come out and try to repair the leak. NOTHING was fixed. Just a few weeks after later, a friend suggested that I contact Home Kim Group to try to fix my issue. They came out immediately and not only did they do 100x more work and repair than the general contractor, but they COST LESS than what I paid the general contractor. Even more surprisingly, they completely solved my leak!!! Absolutely NO WATER has entered my home, even with hurricane-like weather!!! I will ALWAYS and ONLY recommend Home Kim Group for any siding issues. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They were very reasonably priced and everyone that I spoke to (the manager in the office who provided the estimate quote and the foreman and his helper at my home doing the work) were all incredibly nice!
