Capital City Garage Door Service and Sales

Avoid this company and owner, Joe Wunderler (Sellers). Our condo association hired this company in October of 2021 and provided a $7,000 deposit. Initially, he explained that work was delayed due to supply chain issues. Even after we waited three additional months, the garage door never arrived. After agreeing to return our deposit, he stopped returning all emails and phone calls. He still has our $7,000 deposit and we're filing suit. I don't know what happened to this company, but do not entrust them with your money!

I had seen a house with all glass garage doors and absolutely fell in love with them. I contacted Capital City Garage Door spoke with Jesse and she was amazing! She explained to me the different options and worked with me every step of the way until I decided what looked the absolute best on my house. Joe came out did the measurement and 5 weeks later I had two brand-new glass garage doors. I am absolutely in love with them! Joe and Jesse definitely get my vote and I have since recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues.

I hired Joe and Jessie based on a previous review. I have a custom wood door and I just needed a spring changed. I called Jessie she sent Joe, he explained how everything would happen. Joe weighed my door ordered the custom Springs I needed. He was very professional and I quickly got the sense that he was very in tune with what I needed and I felt comfortable that he would get it right . He came out the next day and installed them. I was so impressed by their customer service and there "let's get it done the right way" attitude.

No matter what you need! Hire Jessy and Joe they will definitely take care of you. I was a bit aprehensive at first because they are a new company but after one conversation with Jessy I knew they were the company for my wife and I. We needed a garage door replaced but we wanted to something I guess you could say more specialized than just a standard door. Jessy designed a door that looks beautiful on our home and my wife approved Joe came out went over all of the details, and completed the site inspection. Then after we ordered the door he did a magnificent job with the installation. My wife and I could not be more pleased with This Personal Touch of service that they provide. Definitely hire this company no matter what you need they're honest and I actually care about what it is they do.
