Interfar Custom Furniture

Ross and Marcella at Interfar have been creating brilliant living spaces for us over 15 years. Their ideas and initiatives to innovate through custom furniture are excellent. We admire Ross's accurate design for fittings and space whilst we love Marcella's flair for colours and also furnishings. They are a joy to work and we can recommend them without hesitation.

I knew roughly what I wanted from an entertainment and buffet unit, but I required experienced and expert input to design and deliver both what I wanted and needed to make the project work functionally as well as to look good. I had a lot of electrical equipment to be contained in the entertainment unit and those pieces required careful consideration in the design phase, focusing on cable management and heat dissipation from the equipment. Ross, together with the design, production and installation teams went out of their way to understand those requirements and deliver those in the product. The installation team’s level of professionalism and attention to detail installing the units were the final Interfar touches that ensured my complete satisfaction in both what I had purchased from the company and in my relationship with it. A few minor details required further attention post installation and the production team had those matters attended to promptly, without fuss or delay. I have used Interfar before and been most happy with the product purchased. That said, Interfar has continued to modernise its design concepts and demonstrated in this project that its focus to try harder to achieve and maintain excellence in product and total client satisfaction remains its number one priority. Integral to my observations and remarks, I believe the answers to the following 5 questions are of equal importance. Quality of Product? Excellent. Expensive Product? Yes. Value for Money? Yes. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes.

Thank you so much for the excellent quality of our entertainment unit and home office - we are absolutely delighted with the finished product and cannot speak highly enough of all the team at Interfar. We have now engaged Interfar for a third time to design a specific item of custom furniture for our home. The reason we keep coming back is because of their great sense of design, expert craftsmanship and ability to deliver and install unique furniture items. No matter what aspect we have wanted to change to make it uniquely our own, colour, finish, size, leg structure, door or draw systems they have fully achieved our design requirements.

Interfar took great care to document our requirements so we knew what we were getting. They installed our cabinetry on the days they promised and were very friendly and professional in their approach. The polyurethane finish looks great and everything works well. We love their fold-away bed system.

The staff at Interfar were very easy to deal with and very professional. I had designed an entertainment and storage unit for a client and Interfar made it up to my specifications and installed it on time. Both my client and I were very happy.

Kevin from Inferfar was very helpful and patient with my design of a built in TV cabinet. Very happy with the design and finish of the cabinet. Although not the cheapest quote, the quality of the cabinet is great. I did have issues with one of the doors after instillation, but this was fixed without fuss. I would recommend Interfar for a quality cabinet.
