These people gouged me on a service call: $375.00 for the service car plus the part $55.00. $430.00 total. Took them 10 minutes to put the part in. Because of the freeze they are taking advantage of customers because they have the part. The difficulty is they replaced a part for the Navien Tankless Water heater (I have not had Hot water for 4 weeks). Once they replaced the part in the unit, which was in my attic) water started to pour down from the attic to the third floor. I was the one that alerted them to turn it off because water was running down my wall. The workers then said they would have to go back and talk to someone at the office and advised me that I had to pay cash or check. I called the next morning and the individual that answered the phone stated they would get back to me. No one will call me back and I still have no hot water but I do have a leak. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like burning money and no hot water.

Excellent service and top notch owner, Mr Earl! I would recommend them to any builder, developer, commercial etc for plumbing and utilities. He had been doing work for us for over 10 years.
